Our company, Seili Investment, S.L., is a local agency registered in Spain and authorized by the Valencian Autonomous Community (RAICV-3380). We adhere strictly to local legislation, regulations, and established business practices.

Costa Blanca, located within the province of Alicante in the Valencian Autonomous Community, is a stunning 200-kilometer stretch of coastline from Denia in the north to Pilar de la Horadada and Costa Calida in the south. The southern part of Costa Blanca, known as Vega Baja, is particularly notable with Torrevieja as its largest city, home to about 90,000 residents. The Alicante region has around 2 million inhabitants, with the town of Alicante housing approximately 350,000.
The Vega Baja area, including other popular holiday home locations such as Orihuela Costa, Santa Pola, Guardamar del Segura, and Pilar de la Horadada, is favoured by Spanish and international visitors.
