Welcome to SP-KOTI

Your real estate agency in Costa Blanca and Costa del Sol.

SP-Koti is a Finnish real estate chain, belonging to the Savings Banks Group (Finnish bank), which operates under the franchise model and is genuinely local. We have approximately 80 branches in different parts of Finland, as well as two branches in the popular holiday areas on the coast, Costa Blanca and Costa del Sol, where we follow the values of the chain.

We offer a comprehensive property buying and selling service that, if necessary, continues even after the keys are handed over. We are familiar with government oversight and Spanish legislation, and act accordingly.

Sp-Koti was established in 2010. Regarding transaction volumes, it is among the largest real estate brokerage chains in the Nordic countries and the third largest in Finland. The chain employs over 200 real estate and property sales professionals.
